1.What are the procedures ?
Klinik Desa integrate with Hospital Muar and  XY Pharmaxy by using online system. This online system provided by XY Pharmacy can be used by Klinik Desa and Hospital Muar.

option 1 - Hospital Muar
option 2 - Klinik Desa

- after choose the option, the order form will be display and they need fill the order form and all the information needed.
- for Hospital Muar, the order form will be directly send to the XY Pharmacy but for Klinik Desa the order form will be send to Hospital Muar first for approval before send to pharmacy.
- after XY Pharmacy accept the order, notification will be send to the Hospital Muar and Klinik Desa via email.
- pharmacy will process the order and after finish, the order will be send directly to the hospital and clinic.At that time, delivery order form from pharmacy will be given to the hospital and clinic.
- the invoice will send to the hospital and clinic via email.
- after hospital and clinic make the payment, the payment receipt will be given to them via email.

2. What are the technology/solution we are going to use?
- we use the database system to keep track the inventory.
- the expire date of all medicine need to record and be updated always.
- the quantity and the price of the medicine will always be updated.
- the technology we use is internet - online system
- the methodology we use is prototype to help in identify, document and realize the requirement..
