PROJECT INTRODUCTION

objective
  • to make it easy for admin/staff to manage member and supplier data/account.
  • to make it more convenient for staff to keep track this inventory system.
  • to increase the system efficiency.
  • to prevent data lost and data redundancy.
  • to save space and time for staff to find or search member and supplier information.
system overview
  • this system can be use by admin/staff in the company.
  • admin/staff are responsible for new member and supplier registration.
  • member can purchase and borrow the equipment provided by the company.
  • admin/staff can update and check the inventory status and equipment report.
  • staff/admin can login into the system by using their own username and password.
  • for new staff, they can directly register their personal details into the system.
