1. Discuss the problems encountered during software development relate to your experience.

-Communication skills & Teamwork
a) Hard to communicate with group member who are foreigner
b) Waste time because need wait all group member are free
c) Hard to gain the opinion from group member because sometimes they are feel shy.

-Software development
a) The arrangement of button is complex.
b) Difficult to link database.Not have experience before
c) Difficult to design the interface
d) Need to choose the suitable tools when design the interface
e) Hard to do coding separately
f) Programming skill not good and have not much experience of it
g) Need to identify all the alternative way. For example, if password is type wrongly,it should pop up some error message.
h) Choose the suitable software to design & coding. But sometimes we don't have  much knowledge about that software. So, need to ask help from lecturer, friends and senior



2. Compare your progress against the gantt chart.

Week 1 to week 4, we are follow the gantt chart actually. But, week 6 activity which is Design activity, we are postponed the job to week 8 due to many assignment need to submit and midterm test is held. After we design an interface, we are trying to test it. Then, we need to link the interface to the database. After this, we start our coding not in week 7 & 8, but is on week 10.
